The Nigerian Communications Commission in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 published the pdf Draft Guidelines on Spectrum Trading (102 KB) for stakeholders’ comments.
In accordance with Section 57 of the Nigeria Communications Act 2003, a Public Inquiry in respect of the Draft Guidelines has been scheduled to hold on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 by 11am at the Nigerian Communications Commission Head Office, Plot 423 Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja.
All stakeholders are by this notice invited to participate in the Public Inquiry.
