The Nigerian Communications Commission in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (the Act) published Three (3) Consultation Papers on the following Subsidiary Legislations:
- Licensing Regulations 2019
- Enforcement Processes Regulations 2019
- Internet Code of Practice 2019
The Consultation Papers have been published on its website www.ncc.gov.ng. and the Commission expects comments and feedback on the regulatory proposals presented in the Consultation Papers.
Interested stakeholders are by this notice invited to make written submissions on the Consultation Papers and all submissions must reach the Commission on or before Friday, August 29, 2025 and should be addressed to:
