Notice is hereby given of a vacancy for a Head of Finance within the Secretariat of the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO).
The Head of Finance plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organisation’s financial integrity. This position is responsible for leading accounting operations, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to inform executive decision-making.
Reporting directly to the Secretary General, the Head of Finance will collaborate closely with the Heads of the Digital Development and Global Relations Departments and the Head of Corporate Services to support cross-functional initiatives and drive organisational performance and financial efficiency.
