NOTIFICATION FOR PUBLIC INQUIRY on the Spectrum Roadmap 2025 – 2030, Guidelines for the Use of the 60 GHz For Multi Gigabit Wireless Systems and the Guidelines for the Use of the Lower Part of the 6 GHz Band for Wifi-6 in Nigeria

The Nigerian Communications Commission (Commission), in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (NCA 2003), published the following Draft Regulatory frameworks and sought for comments from Stakeholders:

1. Spectrum Roadmap 2025 – 2030
2. Guidelines on the use of the 60 GHz band for Multi Gigabit Wireless 
   Systems.
3. Guidelines on the use of the lower part of the 6GHz band for Wifi-6 in 
   Nigeria

In accordance with Section 58 of the NCA 2003, the Commission invites all stakeholders to a Public Inquiry on the above draft regulatory frameworks, scheduled as follows:
