Public Inquiries on the Draft Internet Code of Practice and Draft Regulations on Enforcement Process and Licensing

The Nigerian Communications Commission in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (the Act) and after concluding its 2025 Consultation Process on subsidiary legislations, has published the following draft Subsidiary Legislations on its website www.ncc.gov.ng for stakeholders’ comments:
1.    Internet Code of Practice (as amended)
2.    Regulation on Licensing (as amended)
3.    Enforcement Process Regulations (as amended)
In accordance with Section 57 of the Act, Public Inquiries in respect of the above mentioned draft Subsidiary Legislations have been scheduled to hold on the dates stated in the table below:

Interested stakeholders are by this notice invited to make written submissions on the subject and participate in the Public Inquiries. The Public Inquiries will hold virtually and the participation link will be available on the Commission’s Website on Friday November 7, 2025.


All submissions must reach the Commission on or before Friday October 31, 2025 and should be addressed to:
