This document contains a determination on the implementation of an accounting separation framework for the Nigerian telecoms industry issued by The Nigerian Communications Commission on July 8th, 2020. It discusses the requirements for licensees to prepare separated accounting statements for their activities as mandated by the Nigerian Communication Act (NCA), 2003.
