Description
The Nigerian Communications Commission developed the draft Lawful Interception of Communications Regulations under Section 70 of the Nigerian Communications Act 2003. The Regulations were published for public comment and received submissions from various stakeholders. A public inquiry on the Regulations was scheduled for July 7, 2015.
