Stakeholders' Satisfaction Survey

As part of the ongoing efforts to ensure Stakeholders’ satisfaction the Policy Competition & Economic Analysis Department (PCEA) has developed a Stakeholders Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire on the Commission’s Administration of Industry/Network Subscribers Data for all category of Licensees.

This survey is aimed at assessing the level of satisfaction its Stakeholders have regarding the periodic collation/publication of Statistical Data (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually). 

Operator Survey Forms

In furtherance of the Commission's commitment to providing up-to-date statistics on the telecommunications industry, the Commission conducts a regular survey of telecoms operators in which the operators provide information to the Commission. The provision of this information to the Commission is an obligation of all telecoms licensees as mandated in Sections 64-66 of the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 and the Nigerian Communications Commission enforcement processes regulations.

Operators are expected to download the appropriate questionnaire(s) below, fill and submit the completed Questionnaire(s) for the relevant period of operation.
