| 1. | Interference Resolution | - The applicant must be a frequency licensee of the Commission.
- Request should be made in writing to the Executive Vice Chairman and attention Director, Spectrum Administration.
- The applicant must not have any unmet obligation to the Commission.
- The applicant shall submit with the application, Spectrum Analyzer Trace of the interference.
- The applicant shall submit information of suspected interference, if known.

| 2. | Issuance Of Frequency Licence | - The applicant must be an operational licensee of the Commission.
- The applicant must not have any unmet obligation to the Commission.
- Microwave Frequency Licenses are issued mostly for a duration of One (1) year and appropriate License fees, including consumer price index are considered in line with global standard formulars to derive the fees.
- This is similar to the WLL Frequencies, however, the license period is usually for 10 to 15 years which equally reflects on the Spectrum Fees
