The Procurement Department reports to the EVC/CEO. It is responsible for carrying out procurement activities for the Commission in line with the Public Procurement Act 2007 in order to minimize cost and achieve value for money for the Commission. The mandate of the Department is to ensure improved stakeholder satisfaction with procurement, improved procurement compliance, improved procurement quality of service, and optimized procurement and contract delivery to the Commission.
