 The Nigerian Communications Commission in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (the Act) published the following draft regulatory instruments on its website www.ncc.gov.ng for stakeholders’ comments:

  1. Quality of Service Regulations (as amended) and the Draft Business Rules

  2. Commercial Satellite Guidelines (as amended)

  3. Draft Guidelines on Corporate Governance

  4. Draft Data Protection Regulations

  5. Competition Practices Regulations (as amended)

  6. Numbering Regulations (as amended)

In accordance with Section 57 of the Act, Public Inquiries in respect of the above mentioned draft regulatory instruments has been scheduled to hold at 11.00am on the dates stated in the table below:

Interested stakeholders are by this notice invited to make written submissions on the subject and participate in the Public Inquiries. The Public Inquiries will be hybrid (virtual and physical) with the physical participation at the Conference Room, Nigerian Communications Commissions Head Office, Maitama District, Abuja. Details of the virtual participation will be forwarded to interested attendees prior to the Public Inquiries.
