The Nigerian Communications Commission do hereby inform the general public that the 70/80 GHz Spectrum band is now opened up for Licensing.

Sequel to this, the following documents have been published on the Commission’s Website for public information and guidance.

1. The final copy of the Licensing Framework for the use of 70/80 GHz band.
2. Application form (form EBLL 01) for the70/80GHz band. The form can be down loaded from;

3. The 70/80GHz link deployment template. The Template can be down loaded from;

4. The 70/80GHz link deployment Register. The Register can be viewed on the
