Pursuant to Section 89 of the Nigerian Communications Act (NCA) 2003, all Licensees of the Commission are required to provide requisite information to the Commission on a periodic basis.
Further to this, the Commission has uploaded on its website (www.ncc.gov.ng) the appropriate questionnaires to be filled by the various categories of licensees.
Our records reveal that some licensees are yet to submit the requisite information for the year ended December 31, 2020.
The following categories of operators are expected to submit the required information:
1.Mobile Network Operators (GSM and VoIP)
2. Fixed Telephony Operators
3.Value Added Services (VAS)Providers
4. Colocation and Infrastructure sharing Service Providers and;
5.Other Services Providers-(other than the specific categories listed above).
