The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Nigerian youths through effective ICT initiatives that would magnify locally developed content onto the global digital space.

Felicia Onwuegbuchulam, Director Consumer Affairs Bureau at NCC, made this affirmation when she received Executive Council of Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA Youth Enterprises Abuja, FCT) at NCC Head Office in Abuja, on behalf of the Executive Vice Chairman of NCC, Prof. Umar Danbatta.

Onwuegbuchulam noted that part of the Commission’s 8-Point Agenda is to promote ICT innovation in ways that improve the Nation’s ability to compete in the global economy, through increased investment in youth and promotion of SMEs for the delivery of new business breakthrough.

She thanked members of the NACCIMA Executive Council for the visit and assured that the Commission will continue to support ICT initiatives through strategic collaborations.
