The Nigerian Communication Commission in exercise of its function under the Nigerian Communication Act 2003 (the Act) has published the Draft Information Memorandum (IM) for the upcoming auction of the 3.5GHz Spectrum band, as part of its 5G Technology Deployment Plan.
In accordance with the provisions of the Act, a Stakeholders' Engagement Programme in respect of the Draft Information Memorandum (IM) has been scheduled as follows:
