4. Draft Guidelines on Deployment of Infrastructure in the Communications Sector
5. Draft Guidelines on Advertisement and Promotion
This Public Inquiry is part of the rule-making process under Section 70 of the Nigerian Communications Act 2003. The details of the Inquiry are as follows:
