Pursuant to Section 89 of the Nigerian Communications Act (NCA) 2003, all Licensees of the Commission are required to provide requisite information to the Commission on a periodic basis.
Further to this, the Commission has uploaded on its website (www.ncc.gov.ng) the appropriate questionnaires to be filled by the various categories of licensees.
